With the assistance of your design consultant, you will have the pleasure of selecting products and finishes that will truly express your taste. We want to ensure that your new home reflects your individual taste and style......not ours, or anyone else's.

• Pricing and details on product and option availability can only be furnished during your colorization appointment.
   
  
• In order to prevent the re-scheduling of your design consultation please check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
   
  
• Prior to your appointment, give some thought to color schemes. You may want to bring items to help with your colorization, such as a sofa pillow, favorite accessories, or pictures. With your ideas in mind, your design consultant can help make your dreams a reality.
   
  
• For colorization ideas, refer to the latest issues of home decorating magazines, or walk through our beautiful model homes again. This will give you excellent planning tips to help you decide on an interior design scheme.

Design selections can be made in our main office in Giilbert, near many of our  East Valley new home locations.  During your new home colorization appointment, you'll be making selections from the following categories.
