Thank you Trend, we love our home. We decided to move to Marque at Cooley Station because we loved the location and quality of the homes there. The very affordable distinguishing features such as the custom archways, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and low-e Anderson windows all make Trend Homes a quality builder far above the rest. We found a home that was a very great price, and there were many financing plans that would work well with in our budget. The sales team not only performed all the paperwork, which was painless, but also addressed any issues we had during the move in process. They were kind and knowledgeable. While the home was being framed we went to the design center at Villa Sienna to pick our colors and options. The staff was very helpful, efficient and enjoyable to work with. We were able to choose from a large selection of fashionable colors and designs. The options and upgrades were at affordable prices and we found all the accessories we wanted to be top quality. Just before our move-in day the superintendent gladly performed a final walkthrough. To our satisfaction we found he had been working the night previous to get our home in perfect condition. This made our visit quick and pleasant. At our move in day our superintendent instructed us on everything we should know about our home and gladly offered his personal service for anything we needed over the next few days. We are so happy to live here, our home is great. Thank you Trend Homes for going the extra mile.

Hello, I just want to say that I currently own a Trend home and I have seen other models. I have to say that there is no other builder in Phoenix who builds quality homes like Trend. Your design team is so unbelievable It is so delightful for me to walk into every one of your model homes from the least to the greatest. I have never ever seen superior design and coloring from any other builder's design center. My next home will be another Trend. If any of your clients ever need a personal testimony you may refer them to me and I will tell them there is no other design team like Trend Home.

We recently bought a house in Marque @ Cooley Station and I just wanted to give Trend Homes and our salesman, Patrick, a huge thanks for everything. We LOVE the neighborhood. It's so well maintained and we enjoy spending time at the community pools and parks. We love to take walks around the neighborhood often and enjoy this beautiful neighborhood we live in. I know we will enjoy the home. It's just beautiful. Trend Homes has done a wonderful job hiring employees. Everyone...and I mean everyone has done everything right in making sure the entire process from start to finish has been handled in an efficient manner. There has not been one person who has dropped the ball along the way. We just couldn't be happier with the experience we have had with Trend Homes. This has been the least stressful experience in purchasing a home that we have ever had. You all are top notch people.

Thank you to Trend Homes for offering a unique product with many included features. The design of the home, both inside & outside, is functional & attractive. The rooms are spacious and carefully planned and there is plenty of storage, especially under the stairs. Outside, the home is well protected and well crafted with fiber cement siding, large overhangs & recessed windows. There is not one other home in the neighborhood like mine because of the diverse elevation style & color scheme. The home is very energy efficient with cellulose insulation throughout and a 13-SEER air conditioner. Trend also made the process of purchasing the home very comfortable & stress-free because of their knowledgeable staff and other processes in place. I would recommend a new Trend Home!

Dear Trend Homes,
I just wanted to send a note to say how genuinely pleased I was after my design center appointment with Beth Kraus last Friday. My friends told me all their horror stories from their design center appointments with other homebuilders before I went to mine so I was prepared for the worst. In one case, they left my friend in the design center all alone and told her to pick whatever she wanted. That is terrible! With this being my first home, I couldn’t even imagine any less attention than what Beth gave me. Also, it was extremely assuring when the rest of my entourage (my mom, dad and sister) received the same kindness.
Beth wasn’t pushy or "salesy" and was very honest, forthcoming and organized. She didn’t make a fuss when I had her going back and forth between prices and options and then back again. Thinking back, I don’t regret anything I decided to get and I’m happy with the options I decided against. I also loved the catered lunch, it was delicious.
I had a great time and was happy to report the experience back to my friends.

I'm writing to express my extreme satisfaction with my beautiful Trend home in The Gardens. Every person along the way has made my buying experience a pleasure.
First, Peggy, your on-site Sales Rep. was motivated, knowledgeable and always had a smile on her face. I especially enjoyed the fact that she sent me photos of my home during the building process. Thanks Peggy!
Second, Robyn and Belen at Home Show Mortgage made the entire Mortgage process painless. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave expert advise on improving my credit score.
Third, Beth in the Design Gallery helped me pick out some beautiful design options... She was never pushy or overbearing and I was so happy that she helped with the design choices, because now it's as beautiful on the inside as the out!
Fourth, my Superintendent, Loren was unbelievably attentive and a pleasure to work with... You would have thought I was his only overly inquisitive homeowner :-) I can see that he is an asset to your company, it shows in the quality of workmanship & construction. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the attention to detail. My favorite details are the Andersen windows and the French look of the exterior. The different exteriors are what sold me on Trend Homes from the beginning. I love my home! I've already had people offer to buy it when I move, which I won't be doing.. Ever!
